Men's Tennis
vs Dartmouth Invite #1

1/31/2010 4:00:00 PM | Men's Tennis
WEST POINT, N.Y. – The Dartmouth men's tennis team could only manage two singles victories against a tough Binghamton squad as the Big Green dropped its first match of the season with a 5-2 loss.
The doubles point went the way of the Bearcats as they played solid tennis and the Big Green was not able to get into matches. Dartmouth moves to 4-1 on the season.
Down 1-0, Dartmouth was only able to pull out two of the six singles matches as junior Stephen Greif (San Antonio, Texas) and sophomore Chris Ho (Los Altos, Calif.) won their matches. Sophomore Michael Laser (Glencoe, Ill.) took his Binghamton opponent three set, but couldn't get over the hump as the Big Green fell, 5-2.
The next competition for the Big Green will be the ECAC Championships at Yale on the weekend of Feb. 12-14.
