What were you up to this offseason?
Right after the season I had shoulder surgery, so that sort of dictated most of my offseason. But in the spring I was up at school at Dartmouth College. I did about two and a half months there. And from then I was in Utah for the majority of the rest of the summer just doing rehab and getting my body back together after I beat it up in Norway.
What exactly did your shoulder surgery entail?
I tore my rotator cuff before the Olympics, and then it just kept getting a little bit worse and worse, and then in Norway I had a bad crash and dislocated it a second time, tore my labrum, so they basically had to go in and do a fairly aggressive shoulder repair on both my labrum and rotator cuff, and it was a long, slow injury.
