Men's Tennis
vs Dartmouth Invite #1
Dartmouth College
Day Two
9/27/2014 9:30:00 PM | Men's Tennis
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The Dartmouth men's tennis team returned to action on the second day of the Crimson Tide Four-In-The-Fall Tournament on Saturday. The Big Green took part in both singles matches and a doubles match against some of the top teams in the country.
“We had a positive result in our doubles match today,” said assistant coach Tom Boysen. “The guys definitely played their best tennis in the last few games of the match. We lost a couple close matches in singles that could have gone either way today, but in most cases, I thought we played the right way and with the right intent. If we continue to do that day in and day out, good things will happen.”
Sophomore Diego Pedraza went undefeated, winning both his singles match against host Alabama and his doubles match against the University of Alabama.
Dartmouth will return to the court tomorrow morning for the third and final day of the Tournament.
