Dartmouth Sports Top Moments of 2015: Part 1

This is first of DartmouthSports.com's two-part series highlighting 20 of the best moments from varsity student-athletes during the 2015 calendar year. These games, plays and events were selected by a group of individuals within the athletics department.

Dartmouth Athletics enjoyed a successful 2015 on many accounts. Several teams won Ivy League titles, student-athletes were recognized for individual accomplishments both on and off the field of play and numerous 'firsts' and milestones were reached during the year.

Due to the number of Dartmouth varsity programs, it was determined that not every team may have a highlight featured on this list. While not every team is represented, there was an effort made to include as many of the 35 varsity programs as possible.

This is not a countdown and there is no order to the events as they appear in this series. Its purpose is to highlight some of the tremendous accomplishments of Big Green student-athletes and teams during 2015.

The second installment will be released on Monday, Dec. 21.
