The Big Green (2-2) handed AIC (1-1) its first loss of the season and won its third straight meeting with the Yellow Jackets, improving to 4-2 in the all-time series and 4-0 against AIC in Hanover. The match was played on Youth Sport and Community Appreciation Day.
Henrich scored two tries and added six conversions, while Vanessa Ortiz-Pallen bookended the match with a pair of tries. Jordynn LeBeau also crossed the try line for Dartmouth.
The Big Green wasted no time getting on the board. Ortiz-Pallen scored in the opening minutes, and Henrich's conversion made it 7-0. AIC answered with a try at 8:10 to cut the deficit to 7-5.
That was as close as the Yellow Jackets would get. Larkin scored her first try with 19:30 on the clock and added another at 29:30, with Henrich converting both to make it 21-5. AIC pulled within 21-12 on a converted try at 35:30, but Dartmouth responded with two more scores around the 40-minute mark. Henrich powered over at 39:30, and Larkin completed her hat trick at 41:30, with Henrich's conversion pushing the advantage to 33-12.
Henrich kept the pressure on after the break, scoring her second try with 55:53 on the clock and converting her own score for a 40-12 lead. Larkin's fourth try came in the 70th minute, and LeBeau followed three minutes later to stretch the margin to 50-12.
The Yellow Jackets scored again at 75:45, and the ensuing conversion made it 50-19. Ortiz-Pallen had the final word, crossing for her second try at 80:40, and Henrich's conversion capped the 57-19 final.
