BACK AT HOME
Dartmouth plays two of the top teams in the Ivy League this weekend. The Big Green first take on the conference leading Penn Quakers on Friday, who are undefeated in the ancient eight. They then face the Ivy League's top scorer, Bella Alarie, and the Princeton Tigers Saturday night.

LAST WEEKEND
- Dartmouth had a historic weekend in New York when they swept Cornell and Columbia on the road for the first time since the 2006-07 season.
- In Ithaca against Cornell, Dartmouth's team leaders led the charge in a 63-56 win over the Big Red. It was the first time since the 2009-10 season that Dartmouth won at Newman Arena.
- Cy Lippold and Isalys Quinones combined for 40 points and 10 out of the 11 3-pointers for the Big Green.
- Lippold finished with 21 points and seven assists, going 5-10 from beyond the arch, while Quinones had 19 points and nine rebounds, shooting 5-7 from long distance.
- The Big Green then went to the Big Apple where they escaped Levien Gym with a 70-69 win.
- Once again it was Lippold and Quinones getting the job done, combining for 41 points this time.
- Quinones led the way with 21 points, including 12 of Dartmouth's 19 fourth quarter points and sank the two free throws with 4.7 seconds left to seal the victory. She also grabbed five rebounds and went 7-9 from the free throw line.
- Lippold finished with 20 points, making four 3-pointers, and seven assists in her home city.
- Paula Lenart had a major impact as well, finishing with an 11-point, 14-rebound double-double. It was her fourth double-double of the season.
SCOUTING PENN
- Penn has had the best season so far of any Ivy League team, the Quakers are alone in first place with a 5-0 conference record and are 15-3 overall.
- The three losses for the Quakers were to No. 1 Notre Dame (75-55), Maine (47-46) and Villanova (58-50).
- So far in Ivy play, Penn has defeated Princeton (66-60), Cornell (59-46), Columbia (72-60), Brown (83-43) and Yale (54-48).
- Penn is led by the inside presence of Eleah Parker who averages 15.2 ppg, which is fifth in the league, and leads the league with 9.1 rpg and 3.5 bpg.
- Two other members of the Quakers average double figures. Princess Aghayere scores 10.3 ppg and grabs 6.2 rpg, while Ashley Russell averages 10.1 ppg, 6.4 rpg and leads the team with 4.5 apg and 1.9 spg.
- Penn plays a slow-paced defensive game and gets the ball inside on offense.
- The Quakers allow 50.7 ppg, which is tops in the Ivy League, they also lead the league in rebounding with 43.1 rpg and a .412 field goal percentage.
- Penn outscores teams by 14.3 ppg.
LAST SEASON AGAINST THE QUAKERS
- Penn swept Dartmouth last season. The Big Green first fell at the Palestra, 65-47, before dropping its home contest, 79-50, to the Quakers.
- In Philadelphia, Dartmouth led early, but fell behind midway in the first quarter and could not catch back up.
- Annie McKenna led the Big Green with nine points and had three assists, while Quinones finished with seven points and six rebounds.
- For Penn, Ashley Russell led all scorers with 14 points, while Parker had 10 points and eight rebounds and Aghayere finished with 10 points and 10 rebounds.
- In Hanover, Dartmouth fell by 29 points. Kate Letkewicz and Andi Norman were both in double figures with 16 and 11 respectively. Cy Lippold had eight points and five assists, while Quinones finished with five points and nine rebounds.
- Harris finished with 21 points for the Quakers.
ALL-TIME AGAINST PENN
- It has been a tight series against the Quakers since 1979 with Dartmouth holding a narrow 43-37 record over Penn all-time.
- Since 2000, the Big Green are 13-24 against the Quakers.
- Dartmouth has not beaten Penn since Feb. 22, 2014, marking eight straight losses.
- The Big Green are 2-16 against the Quakers since 2010.
SCOUTING PRINCETON
- Heading into this weekend, Princeton sits in fourth place in the Ivy standings with a 3-2 record and is 11-9 overall.
- The Tigers have played one non-league opponent that Dartmouth has seen in New Hampshire and they beat UNH, 90-42.
- Princeton has Ivy wins over Columbia (79-64), Cornell (75-46) and Brown (93-74). Its losses are to Penn (66-60) and Yale (96-86).
- Despite not playing in enough games to be eligible, Bella Alarie leads the Ivy League with 23.7 ppg and 10.9 rpg. She has been named the Ivy League Player of the Week five times this season.
- Gabrielle Rush (13.2 ppg), Carlie Littlefield (13.1 ppg) and Taylor Burr (10.0 ppg) also average in double figures.
- Princeton is second in the conference in scoring, averaging 70.4 ppg.
LAST SEASON AGAINST THE TIGERS
- The Big Green fell in both games to the Tigers. Dartmouth lost 82-63 in Princeton and 79-67 in Hanover.
- Dartmouth never led in game one, Emily Slagle led the team with 18 points off the bench and Letkewicz finished with 12 points and four rebounds.
- For Princeton, Alarie had a double-double with 11 points and 12 rebounds, while Littlefield had 17 points.Â
- At Leede Arena it was a closer game with Dartmouth falling by 12.
- Quinones led all players with 22 points and had six rebounds, while Lippold finished with 17 points, three rebounds and three assists.
ALL-TIME AGAINST PRINCETON
- Since 1977, Dartmouth holds a 44-36 record over the Tigers.
- Since 2000, the Big Green are 18-22 against the Tigers.
- But since 2010, Dartmouth is 1-17. Their only win in that time came in March of 2017, when Dartmouth snapped a 14-game losing streak to Princeton.
CO-FEMALE ATHLETES OF THE WEEK
- Lippold and Quinones have been named Dartmouthsports.com Co-Female Athletes of the week for their performances at Cornell and Columbia.
- Both players led the Big Green this weekend and had equal impacts at their positions.
- Quinones averaged 20 ppg and 7 rpg. She scored 12 of the 19 fourth quarter points at Columbia, including the two free throws in the final seconds to give the Big Green the win.
- Lippold averaged 20.5 ppg and 7 apg. She knocked down nine 3-pointers this weekend, going 9-16 from deep.
- The game at Columbia was the first time since 2017 that two players scored 20 points or more in a single game.

WHAT'S AHEAD?
Dartmouth stays at home to wrap up its four-game home stand against Yale and Brown on Feb. 22 and 23. Game time against Yale on Friday is at 7 p.m. and tip off against Brown is scheduled for 5 p.m.
