The Big Green wrapped up spring break with an 11-5 mark, while the Owls fell to 9-10.
Â
"The guys are fighting hard and making it tough for teams to close us out," head coach
Chris Drake said. "We did a great job after losing four first sets to come back today. We won four singles matches this weekend after losing the first set, which shows good fitness and toughness. I'm proud of our efforts this week and we'll rest up and get ready for Ivy League play."

As it did in all four of its spring break matches, Dartmouth won the doubles point. Sophomores
John Speicher and
Dan Martin had a 6-3 victory at the No. 3 spot, while 20th-ranked juniors
Charlie Broom and
David Horneffer won on court one, 6-4.
Â
Sophomore
Peter Conklin and freshman
Sid Chari were victorious at the No. 4 and 5 singles positions to give the Green a 3-0 edge, but Rice got one back with a win on court one. At the No. 2 position, Horneffer dropped his first set to Jacob Eskeland, 6-1, before turning things around to win the remaining two, 7-6 (7-5), 6-2 to clinch.
