MEDFORD, Mass. – The Dartmouth sailing team finished in third place in both the Jumbo Team Race at Tufts and the 38th Lynne Marchiando Trophy hosted by MIT. The Big Green also raced to eighth place in the Dellenbaugh Women's Trophy at Brown.

Ryan Goldstein took third place in the 38th Annual Lynn Marchiando Trophy in Cambridge, Mass. With 16 teams competing in the event, the Big Green competed in 22 races and won 15. Dartmouth tied for the second most wins but lost the head-to-head with Boston College and was one victory shy of first place Harvard.

Cole Harris took third place in the Jumbo Team Race in Medford, Mass. The breeze on Saturday ranged from 4-10 knots, while the wind picked up to 15-35 knots on Sunday, forcing three boats to capsize. The Big Green won five out of its seven races, defeating Boston University, Connecticut College, Northeastern, Vermont and Yale. The two losses came against Boston College and Tufts.
In the Dellenbaugh Women's Trophy in Providence, R.I., the squad of seniors

Aisling Sullivan and
Carlota Hopkins-Guerra took eighth out of 18 teams. White, Amis and Sullivan raced in the A Division and finished in the top five four times with a best of second place in the fifth race. Hall, Sullivan, Hopkins-Guerra and Amis competed in the B Division and finished in the top five twice with a second-place mark in the 11th race.
The New England Team Race Championship at Connecticut College is up next for the Big Green along with the Emily Wick Trophy at Coast Guard. The races will take place on April 6-7.
