Callie Young (14:46.7) nipping at her heels in ninth, bringing Dartmouth's total to 111. Junior

On the slopes of the Mount Mansfield Ski Club at Big Spruce, the men's alpine team had a strong showing with three in the top seven, led by junior
Drew Duffy who moved up a slot after posting the fifth-fastest run on his initial descent, taking fourth in 1:49.4. Sophomore Andrew Weisel (1:50.1) and senior
Kipling Weisel (1:50.5) placed sixth and seventh, respectively, as the Big Green amassed 113 points. Dartmouth was edged out in the team standings by host Vermont, however, which had a pair of podiums to produce 121 points. Middlebury's Justin Alkier won the gold in 1:48.7, helping the Panthers finish third with 89.
The women had two in the top four after their first slalom run with senior
Stephanie Currie third in 56.54 seconds and Mangan fourth in 56.88, while Middlebury had the top two times. The second time down was not kind to Currie, though, as she did not finish, while Mangan moved ahead of one of the Panther skiers to claim second in 1:54.3. Sophomore
Abi Jewett was the only other Dartmouth skier to complete both runs, placing 10th in 1:57.2 as the Green finished fifth as a team with 77 points. Middlebury's Ali Nullmeyer posted a convincing win, 2.5 seconds ahead of Mangan, to take the gold and carry the Panthers to the team win with 127 points.
