NCAA SURVEY
Subject: Complete the National Student-Athlete COVID-19 Survey
Description: In collaboration with NCAA Research and the NCAA Sport Science Institute, the three national SAAC boards have placed issues related to student-athlete well-being in light of the COVID-19 pandemic as a top priority and are seeking immediate student-athlete feedback on this topic. Responses to this survey will assist the NCAA governance committees as they develop policies in response to the pandemic. Your participation in the survey is voluntary, and all answers you provide are confidential. The survey should take about 15 minutes. Right now, the Ivy league is in 3rd place for student-athlete responses (5.63%), with the ACC in the lead (8.77%).

Description: Abby Shipley of Softball to a swing at the ChoppeD Challenge this week. Her mystery basket of ingredients included eggs and peanut butter. Description: John de Regt '72, will share a budget template that breaks down what your pay stub means and how much you'll be taking home. Pay stubs list all sorts of important info, from your total amount of earnings for the pay period to your net pay, or how much you take home after taxes. They also list all kinds of details about your withholdings, or the difference between your taxable earnings and your net pay. Learn about what your pay stub means and how much you'll really take home in this interactive session.

Description: Too much stress with not enough rest leads to burnout, frustration, anxiety, and depression. Too little stress can lead to boredom, fatigue, and getting stuck in a rut. How do we balance the two?
