Â
With the game tied 1-1 heading into the third period, Dartmouth took advantage of another power play opportunity. With just under 10 seconds remaining until Colgate returned to full strength, senior captain

Â
Dartmouth added to the lead midway through the third period. After winning the faceoff, Chisholm dashed towards the goal. Junior
Tanner Palocsik fired a shot towards the goal and Chisholm redirected it into the back of the net for his first collegiate goal.
Â
The Raiders cut into the deficit a few minutes later after a goal from Jeff Stewart. Colgate threw everything they had at the Big Green in the final minutes, including pulling goaltender Carter Gylander to bring on an extra skater. The Dartmouth defense put their bodies on the line, coming up with crucial blocks, including several key blocks from sophomore
Tyler Borsch in the final moments.
Â
Sophomore
Clay Stevenson was rock solid in goal again tonight, coming up with 29 saves.
It's a quick turnaround for the Big Green, as they return to action tomorrow evening against Cornell at Thompson Arena. Puck drop is set for 7:00 pm and the game will be streamed on ESPN+.
