HANOVER, N.H. — The Dartmouth men's squash team played its second home match of the 2022-23 season on Wednesday. The Big Green dropped a 9-0 decision to the No. 1 Harvard Crimson at the Berry Squash Courts.
Junior
David Rubin won Dartmouth's lone game, the first in his match against Harvard's Connor Stolz. Rubin won the opening game at position No. 9 by a score of 11-7 but dropped the next three in a 3-1 loss.
While the rest of Dartmouth's matches ended in sweeps,
Auggie Bhavsar and
Lucan White each pushed their respective opponents to the limit. Bhavsar dropped the final game of his match at position No. 7, 15-13, while White took Ishant Shah to a 17-15 decision in his final game.
Sophomore
Aryan Khandelwal was successful in his exhibition match against Maxwell Menin. Khandelwal and Menin exchanged the first four games, before Dartmouth's representative took an 11-5 win in the final game to win his second exhibition of the season.
Dartmouth takes the court against on Saturday, December 3 at 1 p.m. against Virginia. The match will take place in Hanover at the Berry Squash Courts and will be streamed on Stretch Internet.
