Men’s Track and Field Opens Outdoor Season This Weekend

The Big Green will compete at the UCF Black & Gold Invite.

Black & Gold Invite
Location: Orlando, Fla. – UCF Track and Field/Soccer Complex
Date: Fri.-Sat. March 18-19
Time: Friday – 11 a.m. | Saturday – 10 a.m.
Results: Half-Mile Timing
The Dartmouth men's track and field team opens their outdoor season this weekend down in Florida at the UCF Black & Gold Invite. The meet will be held at UCF's Track and Field/Soccer Complex.
Michael Gabriel and Ben Pable will be competing in the shot put and discus. Outdoor season means the return of the javelin as Derek Elsholz and multi-event athletes Ryan Cashman and Connor Luck look to take the win.
Myles Epstein will take part in the 200m dash to open his outdoor season while the men's distance runners will be competing in the 1500m under the lights this evening.
The hammer throw will be starting things off on Saturday. Rahul Batlanki will be competing in the triple jump.
The men's 800m will include standouts Will Daley, Eric Gibson and Jacob Winslow.
