LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Dartmouth men's tennis ended its spring break on a high note with a 4-3 victory over DePaul on Friday. The Big Green are now 8-6, while the Blue Demons fell to 6-11.
"I am really proud of the effort to bounce back today after a tough match and a long week,"
Xander Centenari '13, the John Kenfield and
Chuck Kinyon Head Coach of Men's Tennis, said. "The guys have prepared well and battled hard all of spring break, and to come out with a gritty 4-3 win after three tough losses speaks to the character and fight in this group. This team is tough and fit and credit goes not only to these guys for coming through this week beautifully, but also to those who stepped in to fill the gaps when we needed it. We had tremendous growth on this trip that will build on this culture not only this year, but in the coming years as well."
