Sailing Claims Fourth at the Open Dinghy National Championship

The Big Green finished the finals with 252 points.
NEW ORLEANS, La. – The Dartmouth sailing team claimed fourth at the ICSA Open Dinghy National Championship on Sunday.
The Big Green finished the weekend with 252 points, 110 from the A division and 142 from the B division.
In a long day of sailing, the combination of Boyd Bragg, Will Michels, Eloise Burn, and Reese Bragg competed in the A division for the Big Green. Dartmouth sent out Maddie Hawkins, Yumi Yoshiyasu, and Carlota Hopkins Guerra in the B division.
The hosts, Tulane, took the victory with 223 points. The Green Wave narrowly beat out fellow Ivy, Yale, by just one point. Brown finished with 246 points followed by the Big Green in fourth with 252. Rounding out the top five was Stanford with 260 points.
Dartmouth will be back in action on Monday and Tuesday with the semifinals of the ICSA Women's National Championship.
