Conn. — The Dartmouth men's track and field team currently sits in fifth place after the opening day of the Ivy League Championships on Saturday at Yale.

Karl-Oskar Pajus and
Ryan Cashman are currently leading the way for the Big Green. Pajus is in first in the decathlon with 3861 points after picking up wins in the 400m dash (48.81) and shot put and finishing second in long jump (6.80m) and the 100m dash (10.94). Cashman, currently in second place, won the 100m dash (10.75) and long jump (6.94m) while taking third in the 400m dash (51.01) and fourth in high jump (1.82m).
Connor Luck is in fourth with 3359 points.

Jake Dalton picked up eight points for Dartmouth after taking second in the hammer throw with a mark of 59.06m.
Myles Schreck was not far behind as he finished third with a throw of 58.79m.
