HANOVER, N.H. — The Dartmouth women's tennis team suffered a 5-2 loss to Boston College Saturday afternoon at Alexis Boss Tennis Center. Now 2-1 on the season, the Big Green surrendered the doubles point before finding singles victories from
Ashley Hess and
Emily Zhou.
Brooke Hess and
Katie Weber earned Dartmouth's lone doubles win at the No. 2 position as the pairing improved to 2-0 on the season.
Ashley Hess notched her second victory of the season at No. 2 singles and
Emily Zhou, unbeaten in singles, gave the Big Green a win at the No. 5 position.
Ujvala Jupalli battled Boston College's Seren Agar in a back-and-forth three-set match at No. 4.
Dartmouth is back in action on Sunday, Feb. 5, hosting Maryland at 11 a.m.
