PLAYOFF TIME
The Dartmouth men's hockey team travels to Colgate to take on the Raiders in the first round of the ECAC Hockey Tournament. Puck drop is scheduled for 7 p.m. at the Class of 1965 Arena.
RECENT HISTORY IN THE POSTSEASON
The Big Green are looking to win their first postseason series since the 2018-19 season when they defeated St. Lawrence in the first round of the ECAC Hockey Tournament. Dartmouth and Colgate met in the postseason in the quarterfinal round during the 2015-16 season. The Raiders, playing on home ice, defeated the Big Green in games one and two to advance to the semifinals.
LAST TIME OUT
Dartmouth traveled to the North Country for the final weekend of the regular season. The Big Green fell to Clarkson, 4-0, on Friday evening and to St. Lawrence, 2-0, on Saturday evening.

Luke Haymes has a team-high 10 goals this season.
Braiden Dorfman is second with seven while

Tanner Palocsik leads the team in assists with 17.

Cooper Black has started all 29 games between the pipes, making 775 saves while allowing 84 goals for a save percentage of .902.
The Dartmouth penalty kill ranks fourth nationally with a percentage of .858.
SCOUTING COLGATE
Colgate enters Friday's playoff game with a 14-15-5, 11-8-3 record. The Raiders are coming off a 0-1-1 weekend. They fell to Yale, 4-2, on Friday evening before skating to a 2-2 tie and shootout win against Brown on Saturday.
Alex Young leads Colgate in goals with 19 this season. Matt Verboon is second with 14 followed by Alex DiPaolo with nine. Nick Anderson has a team-high 22 assists, while Ross Mitton, Young, and Verboon are tied for second with 17 each.
Carter Gylander has started all but one game for the Raiders between the pipes. He has made 857 saves and has allowed 79 goals for a save percentage of .916.
ALL-TIME AGAINST THE RAIDERS
The Big Green are 53-54-8 all-time against the Raiders. Colgate swept the season series, taking a 5-1 win in Hamilton in December and defeated Dartmouth, 4-3, in overtime at Thompson Arena in late January.

WHAT'S AHEAD
A win would send Dartmouth down to Connecticut for a quarterfinal matchup against No. 1 seed Quinnipiac. The best-of-three series would be scheduled for next weekend (March 10-12) with game one taking place on Friday, followed by game two on Saturday and game three, if necessary, on Sunday.
