TAMPA, Fla. — The Dartmouth men's track and field team opened their outdoor season on Friday on the first day of the USF Bulls Invitational at the University of South Florida.
Ethan Hughes and
Karl-Oskar Pajus got the day started in the javelin, finishing eighth and ninth. Hughes threw for a distance of 44.69m while Pajus threw a personal best mark of 43.93m.
Jake Dalton claimed fourth in the hammer throw with a mark of 62.21m.
Michael Gabriel and
Ben Pable threw for personal bests of 59.20m and 53.02m.
J'Voughnn Blake ran for a new personal best time of 1:49.21 in the 800m run, taking fifth in the event.
