HANOVER, N.H. — Returning home after a three-match road stretch, the Dartmouth women's tennis team dropped a 4-0 decision to No. 51 Princeton on Saturday afternoon at Thompson Outdoor Courts.
The Tigers sealed the doubles point with wins on Courts 2 and 3 before clinching the match with a trio of singles victories.
Katie Weber and
Brooke Hess both won the first set of unfinished matches at the No. 4 and 6 positions, respectively.
Ashley Hess nearly forced a third on Court 2, but dropped a tiebreaker.
Chidimma Okpara battled in closely contest points with the nation's No. 7 ranked player, Daria Frayman, in a two-set loss.
With the victory, Princeton earned its fourth-straight Ivy League title.
The season concludes on Sunday as Dartmouth hosts Penn inside Alexis Boss Tennis Center at 1 p.m.
