Marjorie & Herbert Chase '30 Director of Dartmouth Track & Field and Cross Country, Mike Nelson was proud of the performances from the Big Green on Saturday. "I thought our student-athletes competed well today at the Ivy League Championships. We competed on the same course two weeks ago and today was a much stronger performance. The team is trending in the right direction. Go Big Green!"
Interim Cross Country/Distance Coach, Ben True echoed Nelson's message. "Every one of the top seven in the men's race ran significantly faster today than they did on the same course two weeks ago."
When asked about the women's team True added "The women ran well today, led by Madeleine Locher. The team is looking forward to regionals in two weeks."
Both the men's and women's team are back in action on Friday, Nov. 15 at the NCAA Northeast Regional in Hopkinton, N.H.
