The Richards Group - Athletes of the Week - Cassidy Exner and Roan Clarke

HANOVER, N.H. — Roan Clarke of men's hockey and Cassidy Exner of equestrian have been named The Richards Group Athletes of the Week following outstanding performances in Big Green victories.

Each week, DartmouthSports.com will spotlight two outstanding student-athletes – one male, one female – as Athletes of the Week.

Roan Clarke, So., Surrey, B.C., Men's Hockey

Clarke opened the 2024-25 season with a 37 save performance against Harvard on Friday night as the Big Green defeated the Crimson 2-1. The lone goal that Clarke gave up was a power play goal. The win was the first of Clarke's NCAA career while the 37 saves was a career high. It was also the first time in his career that he made 30 or more saves.

Cassidy Exner, So., Goffstown, N.H., Equestrian

Exner set a new program record with her flat performance on Saturday against No. 2 Charleston. She scored a 98 in her flat round to win her matchup, bringing the overall score at the half for Dartmouth to 2. Exner also won her fences round with a score of 90, which tied the current program record, to kick off the fences portion of the meet.
