Rachel Zhang Earns Academic All-Ivy Honor

The senior is honored for her athletic and academic achievements
HANOVER, N.H. — Rachel Zhang, a senior from Dartmouth women's swimming and diving program, was named to the Academic All-Ivy Team as part of the Ivy League's announcement of postseason awards on Tuesday afternoon.

Academic All-Ivy designation is given to student-athletes who made significant contributions to their respective teams while maintaining good academic standing.

Zhang recently competed in three events during the Ivy League Championships, including the 100 breast, where she earned a personal best time and qualified for the C Final. During the regular season, the pre-med student competed in seven different meets and earned a second-place finish in the 50 free during the Miami Invitational.

Zhang helped the Big Green see an improvement of more than 200 points at this season's Ivy League Championships compared to the 2023 meet.
