Hobe Sound, Fla. - The Dartmouth men's golf team battled Cornell in match play Saturday in Hobe Sound, Florida. The Big Green dropped only one match on the day, defeating the Big Red, 5-1.
The Big Green and Big Red were evenly matched throughout the day, but the Big Green were up in all of their matches.
Eli Kimche and
Alex Gu each led by two strokes with one hole to play.
Both
Aaron Zhang and Fin Szafsnauer were up four strokes with three holes to play, while
Tyler Brand was up by eight with six holes left to play.
Cameron Keith was the lone member of the Big Green to fall to the Big Red, losing by only one hole.
Dartmouth will return to the course this Friday and Saturday when they travel to Princeton, N.J. for the Princeton Invitational.
