HANOVER, N.H.—Dartmouth volleyball turned in a come from behind victory on Saturday night at Leede Arena. After dropping the first two sets to Quinnipiac, the Big Green rallied for a reverse sweep of the Bobcats to improve to 6-2 on the year.

The Big Green improve to 6-2 (0-0 Ivy League) and Quinnipiac falls to 3-8 (0-0 MAAC).

HOW IT HAPPENED:
SET ONE:
- The Big Green and Bobcats came out of the gate swinging as both teams hit over .300 with Dartmouth hitting .312. There were four ties and two lead changes in the set.
- Tasman Mullins led the way with four kills in the opening set while six Big Green players notched a kill.
- Along with her four kills, Mullins dished out five assists while Karen Murphy lead the team with six assists.
SET TWO:
- The Big Green struggled to get going in the second set as Kauany Gutz had two kills while Murphy had one kill.
- Both Mullins and Murphy had an assist in the set while Murphy also had an ace.
SET THREE:
- Dartmouth started its comeback in the third set as they took the set 25-22 after five ties and one lead change. Maddie LaFata came into the match and started swinging away as she had 10 total attacks while notching a set high six kills. In total, Dartmouth had 16 kills in the set while seven players turned in a kill.
- Mullins dished out 11 of the 16 assists in the set. Mullins also had a team best five digs in the set.
- Dartmouth limited the Bobcats to a .128 hitting percentage in the set while collecting a pair of blocks. Ava Roberts had a solo block while Lafata and Gutz teamed up a block.
SET FOUR:
- The Big Green brought momentum from the third set into the fourth as they forced a fifth set with a 25-11 win in the fourth set.
- The block party was on in the fourth set as Dartmouth collected nine blocks while limiting Quinnipiac to a -.167 hitting percentage. Molly Power had five block assists to lead the team while Emma Symon had four block assists.
- LaFata had three kills in the set while Symon, Piper Stevens, Gutz, and Power each had two kills in the set.
- Libero Emma Engstrom had four digs in the set while Gutz had three digs.
SET FIVE:
- Dartmouth secured the win in the fifth set after the set saw two ties and two lead changes.
- Gutz led the way with two kills while Stevens and LaFata each had a kill.
- The Big Green notched four blocks in the fifth set. Symon had a hand in all four blocks as she had four block assists while LaFata had three block assists.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS:
· Nine members of the Big Green had a kill in the match with LaFata leading the way with 10 kills. Stevens had nine kills in the match while Gutz had eight.
· The Big Green had 15 blocks in the game, Symon led the way eight blocks assists.
· Dartmouth and Quinnipiac have squared off 10 times dating back to 1998 with the Big Green holding a 9-1 record including six straight wins over the Bobcats.
