No. 11 Big Green Suffers Loss to No. 12 Tufts

MEDFORD, Mass. - The No. 11 Dartmouth women's squash team came up short in its midweek matchup against No. 12 Tufts, falling 7-2. Maya Mansoor and Nathalie Taylor were responsible for the Big Green's pair of wins in the fourth and ninth positions.

Mansoor came from behind in her 38-minute victory, dropping her first game and then winning three in a row to put Dartmouth on the board. Similarly, Taylor began her set with an 11-7 loss but defeated Tufts' Chloe Bergam 12-10, 11-3, 11-6.

Ellie Clifford fought hard in the No. 2 spot, taking her first two games 11-4 and 11-9 against Tufts' Sohni Vermani. The rest of the games were close, but Clifford ultimately fell 12-10, 11-8, 11-8.

Devon Glaser swept Tufts' Sora Karanja (11-6, 11-5, 12-10) in an exhibition match.

The Big Green will return to Hanover on Friday for their first home match of 2025 against No. 7 Yale.
