Croteau Named ECAC MAC Goaltending Goalie of the Week

DANBURY, Conn.—The ECAC announced its weekly award winners on Monday. Dartmouth netminder Emmett Croteau has been named MAC Goaltending Goalie of the Week.
Croteau played in both games for the Big Green as Dartmouth picked up wins over Union and RPI. The Bonnyville, Alta native started his weekend with 19 saves against Union on Friday for his first career shutout. Against RPI on Saturday he made 16 saves as Dartmouth skated to a 5-3 win over the Engineers.
The sophomore finished the weekend with a 2-0-0 record, a 1.50 goals against average, and a .921 save percentage.This season he has a 5-1-0 record with a 2.07 goals against average and an .898 save percentage.
It is the first time in his career that he has won an ECAC weekly award.
The Big Green are back in action this weekend as they travel back to New York to take on Colgate and Cornell.
