PHILADELPHIA, Pa.—The Dartmouth men's tennis team picked up its fifth win of the spring on Saturday with a 4-2 win over Delaware in the ECAC Indoor Championship.

Doubles

Alex Knox-Jones and Henry Ren played in second doubles for the Big Green. The Big Green duo notched a commanding 6-1 win to open the day for the Big Green.

Yujiro Onuma and Waleed Qadir played first doubles on Saturday, the duo fell 6-3 and the double point came down to third doubles.

Miles Groom and Carlos Guerrero Alvarez suited up in third doubles. Delaware took the match 6-3 while securing the doubles point.

Singles

Onuma was the first member of the Big Green to win a point for Dartmouth. He played in sixth singles and won the opening set 6-4 and then secured the point with a 6-3 win in the second set.

Hikaru Takeda notched the second point for the Big Green in third singles. He won the opening set 6-2 but then fell 6-4 in the second set to even the match at one. In the third and final set, the senior secured the point with a 6-2 win for the Big Green.

In second singles, Ren fell in the first set 6-4. He responded in the second set with a 6-4 win to force a third set. In the third set, Ren gave the Big Green a 3-2 lead with 6-2 win to win the match.

Groom won the match for the Big Green in a back and forth fourth singles match. Groom won the first set 6-4 but then fell 6-4 in the second set. In the third set, Groom gave Dartmouth the overall win with a 6-3 set win.

Dartmouth takes on Yale on Sunday at 11 AM in the fifth-place match of the ECAC Indoor Championship.
