HANOVER, N.H. – On Tuesday, Interim Head Coach Rebecca McElvain announced the women's and open sailing fall schedule. The Big Green will compete in 27 regattas over the course of nine weekends.

Dartmouth's season will kick off with three regattas on Friday, September 6 and Saturday, September 7. The Big Green will head to Yale for the Harry Anderson Trophy, MIT for the Toni Deutsch Trophy, and Brown for the Bears Invite on Saturday.

The following weekend, Dartmouth will have representatives at the Open and Women's New England Intercollegiate Sailing Association Singlehanded Championship on Friday, September 12 and Saturday, September 13. The rest of the team will compete across three regattas on Saturday, the Hatch Brown Trophy, the Regis Trophy, and the Barnett Trophy.

The third weekend of the fall season will feature the first of two fall regattas hosted by the Big Green. Dartmouth will welcome teams to Lake Mascoma for the Mrs. Hurst Trophy on Saturday, September 20 and Sunday, September 21. The Big Green will also compete at the Hoyt Trophy hosted by Brown.

On Saturday, September 27 and Sunday, September 28, the Big Green will return to action at three regattas, including the first round of the Women's Atlantic Coast Championship hosted by St. Mary's. Dartmouth will also sail for the Danmark Trophy at the Coast Guard Academy and compete in a one-day regatta for the Smith Trophy, hosted by MIT.

October will begin with the first round of the Open Atlantic Coast Championship. The Big Green will also compete at the Stu Nelson regatta hosted by Connecticut College and the Hewitt Trophy hosted by Bowdoin. Those regattas will take place on Saturday, October 4 and Sunday, October 5.

Should the Big Green qualify, the Women's Atlantic Coast Championship will take place on Saturday, October 11 and Sunday, October 12. The Big Green will also host the Captain Hurst Trophy, their second home regatta of the fall season, and travel to compete at the Savin Hill Invite hosted by Boston College.

The Open Atlantic Coast Championship will be held the following weekend, Saturday, October 18 and Sunday, October 19 at Navy. Dartmouth will also head to Yale for the Yale Women's regatta and the Oberg Trophy.

The last regular season regattas of the fall season are on Saturday, October 25 and Sunday, October 26. The Big Green will compete at the Schell Trophy hosted by MIT, the Urn Trophy hosted by Harvard and the Nickerson Trophy.

If the Big Green representatives qualify for the Inter-collegiate Sailing Association Singlehanded National Championships at their respective competitions in September, they will compete at Old Dominion on Saturday, November 8 and Sunday, November 9.
