CALGARY, Alberta – Jasmine Drolet '25 has qualified to represent Team Canada at the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milano Cortina, Italy, as a member of the cross-country ski team.
This is Drolet's first Olympics appearance, however she has represented her country eight times at three different events dating back to 2019, the FIS World Junior Championship, the Youth Olympic Games, and the FIS U23 World Championships.
Drolet made her FIS World Cup debut in 2022, competing in four races. She battled illness and injuries through the 2022 and 2023 seasons, before a career highlight first-place finish to earn gold in the mixed 4x5 relay at the U23 World Championship in 2024.
In her most recent U23 appearance, Drolet earned two top ten finishes, placing sixth in the 20K classic mass start and eighth in the mixed 4x5K relay.
Drolet also found success while at Dartmouth, on the Eastern Intercollegiate Ski Association circuit, and on the national stage, competing in three national championships. She had a standout first season in green, winning four of the six races she competed in to earn a spot on the All-East First Team.
As a junior, Drolet's season was highlighted by an individual national championship in the 20K classic, earning her first First-Team All American honor, and second all American honor overall.
During her senior season, Drolet won two EISA races, the 7.5K freestyle at UNH and the 7.5K classic at St. Lawrence. She then went on to finish 3
rd in the 7.5K classic at her home course in the national championship to earn her second first-team All-American honor.
