Men's Squash Drops A Pair To Close Regular Season

HANOVER, N.H.—Dartmouth men's squash fell in a pair of Ivy League matches this weekend. The Big Green fell 8-1 to Princeton on Saturday and 9-0 to Penn on Sunday.

Dartmouth at Princeton (L, 8-1)

The Big Green fell to Princeton on Saturday as the Big Green won just one match.

Warren Klein was the lone winner for the Big Green as he won his ninth position match for the Big Green. He fell 11-5 in first game but took the next three to win the match. He won the second game 13-11, the second 11-7, and the third 11-9.

Callan Venkatesan won a pair of games in the sixth position on Saturday. After falling in the first two games, he rattled off 11-8 and 11-1 wins in the third and fourth games. He looked to take the match but fell 11-6 in the fifth game.

Gurshan Jolly picked up a win in the third game of his first position match. He fell 11-7 in the first two games but won the third game 11-6. He fell 15-13 in a back and forth fourth game.

The Big Green struggled against the Quakers as they won just two games in the match.

Brandon Wang took the first game on his match in the fifth position. He won the first game 13-11 but fell in the next three games to lose the match.

Venkatesan fell 11-7 and 11-8 in the first two games of his match in the sixth spot. He won the third game 12-10 to extend the match but then fell 11-4 in the fourth game.
