FIFTH-YEAR (2018) | Game-by-Game Stats
All-Ivy League First Team … Google Cloud Academic All-District I Team … NFF Hampshire Honor Society … received the Reggie Williams Award from the team for the second straight year … tri-captain, becoming the 12th player in program history to serve as a captain more than once … granted a fifth year due to an injury … led the team with a career-high 69 tackles while starting all 10 games at nickelback … recorded at least two stops in every game … first pass breakup of the year came on third down against Georgetown, forcing a punt during the 41-0 blanking of the Hoyas … of his seven tackles at Holy Cross, 1.5 went for a total loss of 6 yards … picked off a pass and returned it 14 yards in the 41-18 victory at Yale, then recovered a fumble on the next Bulldog possession … led or shared the lead in tackles in three consecutive games — Sacred Heart, Columbia and Harvard — collecting a season-high 12 stops versus the Crimson … dropped nine Tigers to the turf in the showdown of undefeated teams at Princeton, plus broke up a pass … recovered a fumble inside the Cornell 10 that led to the final Big Green score in a 35-24 triumph … completed his career with a team-high 10 tackles versus Brown, two going for a loss in a convincing 49-7 victory.
SENIOR (2017) | Game-by-Game Stats
Tri-captain … given the team’s Reggie Williams Award as the player who has made Dartmouth a better place through leadership and action … started all 10 games as the nickelback… third on the team with 61 tackles and six pass breakups … twice nearly returned blocked PAT kicks the length of the field … came up big against Holy Cross with eight tackles, three PBUs and a forced fumble … racked up nine stops in the 21-point comeback victory over Yale … led the Big Green with 13 tackles at Sacred Heart, but biggest play came in the fourth quarter at the Dartmouth 2-yard line with just over three minutes to play, helping preserve the 29-26 triumph … finished off the 10-0 shutout win over Cornell with a PBU and two tackles on the game’s final three plays … ended the season by pitching in seven stops in a 54-44 victory over Princeton.

Played in the season opener against 22nd-ranked New Hampshire before missing the rest of the season with an injury … recorded three tackles from his nickelback position and two more on kickoff coverages to help the Big Green beat the Wildcats for the first time in 40 years.
SOPHOMORE (2015) | Game-by-Game Stats
Recipient of the team’s Charles “Stubby” Pearson ’42 Award … played in every game, primarily on special teams, collecting at least one tackle in eight of the 10 contests … first two career tackles came on kickoff coverages during the season opener at Georgetown in a 31-10 victory … repeated that performance the following week with two more in a 49-7 romp over Sacred Heart … made three stops — two on plays from the line of scrimmage — as the Big Green beat Penn, 41-20 … posted a season-high four tackles to help Dartmouth defeat Central Connecticut State on the road, 34-7 … provided a crucial third-down stop for no gain during the epic five-play goal-line stand at the one at 15th-ranked Harvard … partially blocked a Cornell punt in the 21-3 trimph over the Big Red … recovered a fumbled kickoff return that set up the Green’s second touchdown at Brown in a 34-18 win.
FRESHMAN (2014)
Starred on the junior varsity defense … earned the Scout Team Award on defense … had six tackles and assisted on a sack against Middlebury … amassed five stops, a sack and a 21-yard interception in a 40-0 win over Williams … led the jayvees with six more tackles in a 36-0 victory against Norwich.
HIGH SCHOOL
A jack-of-all-trades who is penciled in at safety for Dartmouth but also played linebacker, running back, fullback, wide receiver and tight end in high school … has also punted and returned punts and kicks … 2014 Northeast Region NFF National High School Scholar-Athlete of the Year … 12th pick for Team Constitution in the Connecticut Super-100 Senior All-Star Game played at UConn’s Rentschler Field.
PERSONAL
Father, Anthony McKinney, played tight end at Connecticut and had several NFL tryouts in addition to playing in NFL Europe … grandfather Brian Crudden is a highly regarded Connecticut high school football coach … uncle played football at Brown.
