Tri-captain … given the team’s Reggie Williams Award as the player who has made Dartmouth a better place through leadership and action … started all 10 games as the nickelback… third on the team with 61 tackles and six pass breakups … twice nearly returned blocked PAT kicks the length of the field … came up big against Holy Cross with eight tackles, three PBUs and a forced fumble … racked up nine stops in the 21-point comeback victory over Yale … led the Big Green with 13 tackles at Sacred Heart, but biggest play came in the fourth quarter at the Dartmouth 2-yard line with just over three minutes to play, helping preserve the 29-26 triumph … finished off the 10-0 shutout win over Cornell with a PBU and two tackles on the game’s final three plays … ended the season by pitching in seven stops in a 54-44 victory over Princeton.

Played in the season opener against 22nd-ranked New Hampshire before missing the rest of the season with an injury … recorded three tackles from his nickelback position and two more on kickoff coverages to help the Big Green beat the Wildcats for the first time in 40 years.

FRESHMAN (2014)
Starred on the junior varsity defense … earned the Scout Team Award on defense … had six tackles and assisted on a sack against Middlebury … amassed five stops, a sack and a 21-yard interception in a 40-0 win over Williams … led the jayvees with six more tackles in a 36-0 victory against Norwich.
HIGH SCHOOL
A jack-of-all-trades who is penciled in at safety for Dartmouth but also played linebacker, running back, fullback, wide receiver and tight end in high school … has also punted and returned punts and kicks … 2014 Northeast Region NFF National High School Scholar-Athlete of the Year … 12th pick for Team Constitution in the Connecticut Super-100 Senior All-Star Game played at UConn’s Rentschler Field.
PERSONAL
Father, Anthony McKinney, played tight end at Connecticut and had several NFL tryouts in addition to playing in NFL Europe … grandfather Brian Crudden is a highly regarded Connecticut high school football coach … uncle played football at Brown.
