Why Dartmouth?
I felt the overwhelming sense of community Dartmouth offered its undergraduates from my first visit to Hanover. I loved the school itself and the fact that it had the top ranked undergraduate education for American colleges was a definite factor as well.
How long have you been rowing and what sparked my interest?
I have been rowing since 2008. My mother rowed in college and she was a big influence on my starting the sport.
Have you won any awards?
I won the 2011 varsity 8 NEIRA championships with my high school Andover. In that same year I earned a 2nd place finish at Youth Nationals in Oakridge, Tenn.
