Freshman (2015-16): Competed in three events as a freshman…Tied for 14th in her first colligate event at the Navy Fall Invitational…Shot a low round of 77 twice.
Before Dartmouth: Angela was a four-year member of the golf team at Monte Vista High School... served as captain her senior year, leading her team to a 1st place finish at the East Bay Athletic League Championship and a 1st place finish at the North Coast Section Championship... Finished 3rd at the NCGA/CIF Championship and finished 6th at the CIF State Girl's Golf Championship... selected to the 2014 FCWT All-Academic team.
Personal: Angela Zhang is the daughter of Bin Zhang and Jane Zhang ... has one sister, Sunny, who was a member of the Dartmouth class of 2010 and also a member of the women's golf team from 2006-2008... plans to study Neuroscience at Dartmouth... interested in sustainability, theater and dance... enjoys music, traveling and hiking in her free time.
