Fall 2006: Named Academic All-Ivy…Defeated Rutger’s #2 player, Dana Gordon, at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center Women’s College Tennis Invitational…Teamed with Mary Beth Winingham to beat Penn’s Michelle Mitchell and Alexis Plukas in the tourney’s A Flight doubles.
Spring 2006: Went 4-3 in league play at #3 singles, with wins over Cornell (Tamara John), Columbia (Sydney Murray), Penn (Alexis Plukas), and Brown (Ashley Pariser)…Also went 4-3 at #2 doubles with Lindsay Winingham, recording wins over Yale, Brown, Columbia, and Penn.
Fall 2005: Spent the term in Washington, D.C., on an advertising internship.
Spring 2005: Posted a 9-9 record at the #5 and #6 singles position...Had a big win against Carolina Huignard in the team's victory over Syracuse.
Fall 2004: Was undefeated in the Volkl Shootout...Reached the doubles quarterfinal of the Big Green Invitational with Natalie O'Rourke.
2003-04: Posted a 10-10 record in spring singles matches and a 11-10 doubles record...Went 3-0 in singles at the Volkl Shoot-out...C flight singles finalist and co-champion, along with teammate Katie Jaxheimer, of the Quinnipiac Invitational...C flight doubles finalist with Sarah McNally and co-champion of the Quinnipiac Invitational...B flight doubles finalist with Sarah McNally at the USTA National Tennis Center Women's College Invitational. Beat Michigan's third-seeded team of Elizabeth Exon and Chrissie Nolan en route to the final...Beat Princeton's Laura Trimble in B singles at the Women's College Invitational...Singles quarterfinalist at the Big Green Invitational. Lost to eventual tournament champ, Baylor's Klara Walter...Recorded an 8-3 fall singles record.
High School: 2002 Minnesota State High School singles champion...Team captain her junior and senior years...USTA national ranking of #177...Ranked #2 in the Northern section.
Why Dartmouth? I came to Dartmouth because of the combination of great academics and Division I tennis. I also loved the outdoors-oriented environment and the prestigious reputation the school holds.
