Q & A with Megan
Why did you choose Dartmouth?
I chose Dartmouth because it was the perfect fit for me. The academics, athetic program, size, location and opportunities were all a perfect match with what I wanted in a college.
How long have you been competing in track and what got you interested?
I started competing in 8th grade. My twin sister had been doing track for a year before I joined and from her experiences I knew it was a sport I would love.
Tell me something interesting about you that might come as a surprise to your teammates.
I started throwing the javelin because I thought it looked really awesome when a football was thrown correctly and I figured a javelin would look just as awesome (it does!)
What are your future plans, if any?
I'm not sure yet.
What extra curricular activities are you involved in on campus?
I'm a sister at Epsilon Kappa Theta and I'm very involved in Aquinas House (the Catholic student center on campus).
