REGATTA HIGHLIGHTS: Saturday wind southerly 5 - 8 kts, small shifts, some sun, fog outside Sunday wind northerly 12 kts. shifting and diminishing, sunny and clear Course: modified triange in smooth water of Smith Cove, light southerly flood shifting to light northerly ebb Saturday 8 A div. races, 6 B Div. races. Sunday 5 A Div. races, 7 B Div. Sailed in 420's, two protests resulted in DSQ, two redress granted The first B set had several OCS boats. Tufts sailed consistenly good on Sunday to overtake BU and Mass. Maritime One capsize Sunday resulted in cold sailors retiring for the day.
