JAMES CITY, Va. -- Sophomore Ann Kapusta (Meadville, Pa.) had an opening round 79, helping the Dartmouth women's golf team to 13th place at the William & Mary Invitational that concluded Sunday.
Playing at the par 72 Ford's Colony C.C., Kapusta added an 86 on the second day. Her score of 165 put her in a tie for 35th.
The Big Green posted a 36-hole total of 678 in the 16-team field. Rollins won with 603.
Also competing for Dartmouth were sophomore Annie Daher (Lafayette, Calif.), 86-82--168; sophomore Hayley Stevens (Orinda, Calif.), 85-85--170; freshman Libby Wegener (Shorewood, Minn.), 86-89--175; and freshman Elizabeth Dupuy (Phoenix, Ariz.), 91-89--180.
Dartmouth is back in action on April 9-10 at the Brown Invitational.
