PORTSMOUTH, R.I. -- Freshman Jamie Wallace (Moorestown, N.J.) and sophomore Matt Uretsky (Linwood, N.J.) both finished in a tie for seventh as the Dartmouth men's golf team closed the 2004-05 season at the Rhode Island Spring Invitational.
The tournament was cut to 18 holes after the course was unplayable for Sunday's final round.
Wallace and Uretsky shot three-over par 74, six shots off the pace of George Washington's Tim Johnson with 68.
As a team, the Big Green was fourth of 12 schools. Rhode Island was first with 292, followed by George Washington at 297, Army with 299 and Dartmouth with 304.
Also competing for Dartmouth were junior Kenan Yount (Augusta, Ga.) with 77; junior Chaki Kobayashi (Newington, Conn.) with 79; and sophomore Steve Reyes (Lake Forest, Ill.) with 87.
