BURLINGTON, Vt. -- Senior Kristin Simunovich (Kailua, Hawaii) and freshman Hillary Preston (Medina, Wash.) each won a pair of events as the Dartmouth women's swimming and diving team defeated Vermont, 130-98, on Sunday.
The Big Green won nine of the 11 individual events.
Simunovich had a winning time of 1:57.08 in the 200 freestyle and followed that up with a victory in the 100 free, clocking 54.64.
In the 200 individual medley, Preston won by more than four seconds with 2:14.46. In the 100 backstroke, she swam 1:02.30.
The Big Green, 2-3 on the season, hosts Yale and Penn on Saturday, January 21.
