Dartmouth Women Take Down UNH, Fall to Princeton in Final Home Meet

HANOVER, N.H. ? The Dartmouth women's swimming and diving team took a 141-102 win over UNH and a 152-89 loss to Princeton when the Big Green played host to both teams on Jan. 27. For the final home meet of the season, the seniors on the team were recognized before the meet began.

Senior Julianne Mifflin (Greenwich, Conn.) proceeded to take 1^st place in the 3 meter dive with a score of 256.20, her collegiate best. Mifflin also took 2^nd in the 1 meter dive with a 257.65 score.

In the 100 yard breaststroke, junior Heather Jankins (Raynham, Mass.) finished 1^st with a time of 1:07.07.

The Big Green also finished 2^nd at 1:44.57 in the 200 yard freestyle relay, with a team consisting of junior Hillary Preston (Medina, Wash.), freshman Anna Sonstegard (Sioux Falls, S.D.), and sophomores Catherine Armstrong (Marietta, Ga.) and Emily Pizzichemi (Dunmore, Pa.).
