vs Maribel Sanchez Souther Invitational

NEW YORK, N.Y. ?- Seniors Ben True (North Yarmouth, Maine) and Glenn Randall (Collbran, Colo.) punched their ticket to the NCAA Cross Country Championships a week from Monday after posting top-10 finishes at the NCAA Regionals at Van Cortlandt Park.
Dartmouth finished fourth of 36 teams overall with 118 points, while Iona took the team championship with 46 points, followed by Providence with 88 points. Both Iona and Providence qualified for the NCAA Championship because they were the two top teams. The Big Green also added another highlight by beating Cornell today after the Big Red finished ahead of Dartmouth at the Ivy Heps last weekend.
True led the Big Green with a third-place finish overall with a time of 31:26, while Randall was not far behind as he crossed the line in eighth place after a time of 31:48. Both Randall and True will be traveling to Terre Haute, Ind., for the NCAAs.
In addition to the great performances from True and Randall, junior Chris Zablocki (Essex, Conn.) was named All-Northeast Region after finishing in the 23rd position. The top-25 racers are all named to the regional team.
True and Randall will be in action on Monday, November 24, as they travel to Terre Haute, Ind. for the NCAA Cross Country Championships.
