Dartmouth Men's Squash Splits Matches Over the Weekend

HANOVER, N.H. - On Saturday afternoon the Dartmouth men's squash team played an Ivy League match against the Yale Bulldogs before traveling across Vermont for an afternoon match at Middlebury. Dartmouth lost to Yale, 7-2 before rebounding with a 9-0 defeat of Middlebury.
Andrew Boumford (Winnipeg, Man.) at No. 1 dispatched his opponent in five while Ted Newhouse (Bronxville, N.Y.) was the other winner, taking a three-game win at No. 3.
At Middlebury, Boumford was victorious at No. 1, Nicholas Sisodia (Chicago, Il.) won in three at No. 2, Michael Lewis (Santa Barbara, Calif.) took care of his opponent at No. 3, rookie Brian O'Toole (Short Hills, N.J.) won at No. 4, Stephen Wetherill (Ambler, Pa.) was victorious at No. 5, Luke Lee (Exeter, N.H.) won a close match at No. 6, Ted Schroeder (Wynnewood, Pa.) went to four games but eventually won at No. 7, Stephen Preefer (Brooklyn, N.Y.) won easily at No. 8 and Ben Gettinger (Wilton, Conn.) was victorious at No. 9.
Dartmouth will be back in action on Jan. 14 with a home contest against Amherst at 5:00 pm.
