Men's Tennis
vs Dartmouth Invite #1
2/8/2009 12:00:00 AM | Men's Tennis
HANOVER, N.H. - For the second straight day, the Dartmouth men's tennis team came up short by a 4-3 score as the Big Green fell to Binghamton.
The doubles remain a big problem as the Big Green dropped the point putting them at a disadvantage right away. If quality is a good thing, Dartmouth won at both the No. 1 and 2 spots. Junior Daniel Freeman (Chatsworth, Calif.) came alive in his singles match this evening with an impressive 6-3,6-2 win. Sophomore Curtis Roby (New York, N.Y.) was once again to steady for his opponent as he out steadied his opponent 7-6,7-5.
Tomorrow the Green will be at full strength for the first time tomorrow against Army. The Army match will be at 11 a.m.
