WESTFORD, Mass. - The Dartmouth equestrian team finished second out of seven teams at the Ivy Championships over the weekend, hosted by Penn and Yale.
Erica Anhalt (Guilford, Conn.) was the Reserve High Point champion after finishing first and second in two events
Anhalt was first in Novice Jumping, qualifying her for the Novice Jumping Championships and Novice Flat. She finished second in the Novice Flat Championships, giving her the top rider award.
Cristina Herren (Chicago, Ill.) was first in Intermediate Jumping and the Intermediate Jumping Championships while Sarah Spangenburg (Atlanta, Ga.) was first in Novice Flat and the Novice Flat Championships.
Lucretia Witte (Fairfield, Conn.) was alson on the winning track as the junior was first in Walk-Trot-Cantor. Samantha Parsons and
Alaina Smith were both second in their events, Open Flat and Novice Jumping, respectively.
Dartmouth will be back in action on April 18, hosting the Dartmouth Classic at Morton Farm.
