PHILADELPHIA - Dartmouth women's swimming and diving dropped a tri-meet to Penn and Yale at Penn this afternoon.
Yale downed Dartmouth, 234-66 and Penn won over the Green, 231-69
Erica Serpico (Moorestown, N.J.) continued her dominance on the diving boards, winning both the one and three meter events. She took the one-meter in 249.35 and the three with 278.15 points.
Caitlin Nicholson had a great race in the 100 butterfly, taking third in 58.90 while Kelsey Pinson finished fifth in 59.89. Galen Barry took fourth in the 200 backstroke in 2:10.01 and fifth in the 100 backstroke in 1:01.13 while Elizabeth Kamai finished sixth in the 50 free in 25.08. Kamai also finished fifth in the 100 free in 54.54.
Dartmouth took ninth and tenth in the 1000 free with Charlotte Williams in 10:59.93 followed by Catherine Armstrong (Marietta, Ga.) in a season-best 11:06.85. Isa Guardalabene was the top finisher in the 200 free, taking seventh in 1:57.85. Caitlin Keenan finished seventh in the 100 breaststroke in 1:10.89
The 200 medley relay team of Barry, Williams, Kelsey Pinson and Guardalabene took fourth in 1:52.98. The 400 freestyle relay team of Foley, Guardalabene, Kamai and Maddie Steiner took fifth in 3:40.28.
