DURHAM, N.H. – The Dartmouth equestrian team competed at the UNH Show on Sunday and thanks to four first place finishes the Big Green was named the Reserve High Point College.
The four riders who placed first for Dartmouth were: Christina Herren (Chicago, Ill.) in Open Fences, Sarah Spangenberg (Atlanta, Ga.) in Intermediate Fences and Intermediate Flat, Janna Wandzilak (Waxhaw, N.C.) in Novice Flat and Trevy Wing (East Falmouth, Mass.) in Walk, Trot.
Four other riders were second in their respective events, Herren in Open Flat, Faye Keegan (Greenwich, Conn.) in Open Flat, Helena Witte (Fairfield, Conn.) in Novice Fences and Abby Franklin (Wilmont, N.H.) in Novice Flat.
The Big Green competes at one more show this fall heading to Endicott College on Nov. 7.
