Incoming Diver Wins Big at AAU National Diving Championship

HANOVER, N.H. – On August 7, incoming women's diver Katy Feng won the AAU National Diving Championship in Coral Springs, Florida. She won both the one-meter and three-meter. Feng won both the prelims and then went onto the finals where she placed first Sunday and Monday to become the National Champion.
Feng is a very accomplished diver who will be joining the Big Green in 2010-11. Some of her accomplishments during her time at Westford Academy in Westford, Mass. were competing at the AAU Nationals in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009, competing at the USAD regional & zone meets 2006-2010, competing at the USAD Speedo Jr. Nationals in 2008, 2009 and 2010 as well as competing at the USAD East Nationals in 2004, 2009 and 2010.
She was a four-time NISCA All-America and was a two-time Division I MIAA state champion. Feng graduated as her school's record holder in 6 & 11 dives and she was Named the Class of 2010's Female Athlete of the Year.
