Men's Track Sends Small Squad to Sam Howell Invite

PRINCETON, N.J. — The Dartmouth men's track and field team sent a small squad of athletes to the Sam Howell Invitational at Princeton on Saturday.
In the 10,000 meters, sophomore Jonathan Gault (Bedford, Mass.) placed second with a time of 30:11.99, which marked his best time by over 30 seconds. Senior David Irving (Manchester, N.H.) placed in three throwing events. His best effort was in the hammer throw where he took third with a throw of 198-9. He also finished second in the discus at 165-1 and third in the shot at 50-7.25.
The Big Green next compete at the UNH Invitational on Saturday, April 9.
