As the spring season winds down, two Big Green athletes continue to heat up. Golfer Peter Williamson earns third Ivy title, softball pitcher Kristen Rumley wraps up successful first season. Williamson accomplished something only one other Ivy golfer has; he won the Ivy championship title for the third time, beating his closest competitor by eight strokes. Rumley finished her first season in a Dartmouth uniform ranked second all-time in strikeouts per season with 151. For their efforts they were named the DartmouthSports.com athletes of the week.

Peter Williamson (Hanover, N.H.), Sr, Men's Golf
Williamson won his third Individual Ivy Championship this past weekend at the Galloway National Golf Club. He won the tournament at even-par and beat his closest competition by eight strokes. He became just the second golfer in the history of the Ivy League to win the event three times. He also received his third Ivy Player of the Year honor and earned his fourth All-Ivy honor. He became the ninth golfer in the history of the league to make All-Ivy four times.
